Admissions for Virtual Global Campus Students

Momentum Scholars Academy welcomes students worldwide into a seamless, five-phase journey designed to ensure the right fit and smooth transition.

STEP 1

Submit Application

  • Complete our online application form.
  • Submit transcripts for the current school year and the two previous years in PDF format.

STEP 2

Document Review

  • Transcripts, teacher recommendations, and available test scores are thoroughly evaluated by our Admissions Team during the file review process.
  • Diagnostics (if needed): Short online assessments in math, reading, and writing to confirm grade-level placement.

STEP 3

Virtual Consultation

  • A 30–45 minute video call with an EOS counselor and your family.
  • Review diagnostics, discuss preliminary course plan, and collect any outstanding fees or missing documents.

STEP 4

Onboarding

  • Receive your Welcome Letter and complete enrollment paperwork.
  • Guided walkthrough of our LMS, Student Information System, and school policies.

STEP 5

Course Enrollment

  • Counselor finalizes your course schedule and confirms tech requirements.
  • Full access to the learning platform is provided, with courses beginning the following Monday.
